Systema has been offered at the Chicago Aikikai since 2006 and is taught by Kevin Choate, a Certified Instructor in Training by Vladimir Vasiliev. We have classes 5 days a week at a variety of times. We are located at 1444 W. Chicago Ave. on the second floor. If you are new to Systema feel free to observe a class or to sign up, all you need are sweat pants and a t-shirt and you'll be ready to train.
